Energy medicine is about taking responsibility for your health. There are plenty of magic bullets that the medical community offers to treat your symptoms. But they often create additional health challenges as you deal with the unintended consequences of their side effects. Add to that, all of the stresses from information overload and pollutants in our foods. It’s no wonder our bodies adapt by placing our flight and fight mechanism on full alert! We have seen cases of cancer and autoimmune diseases escalating over the past few decades with the reality that doctors still do not know what causes them. The band-aids offered by their pharmaceutical training do not cure.
The Energy Medicine class will show you simple techniques that take only a few minutes a day and will rapidly shift the energies in your body to enhance your health and boost your vitality. I will teach you Donna Eden’s 5 minute Daily Energy Routine that will balance your energies, strengthen your immune system, increase your strength and vitality, balance your body’s chemistry, help you feel better, and help you think more clearly. I will be teaching you a technique that will take you 20 seconds to reduce stress, release tension and reduce fear and anxiety.

- I will be teaching you two exercises to improve you metabolism.
If your stress response system is continually activated, the physiological consequences can lead to disorders of the immune system, autoimmune disease, chronic anxiety, chronic fatigue and depression. I will teach you two exercises to interrupt the stress response, so you can get your body on track. I will be also teaching you a technique that will activate a sluggish digestive track.
